Unlock Your TPRM Program Potential Through Governance and Metrics

Day 3 | Track 3 | 2 - 2:50 PM

Third party risk management is a critical function for organizations of all sizes and industries. However, managing third party risks can be a complex and time-consuming task, especially in decentralized programs. Implementing common principles and metrics across teams supporting the TPRM program can help organizations streamline their third party risk management processes and drive efficiencies.

In this session, we will explore the benefits of implementing common principles, best practices for creating a governance structure that is effective, efficient, and responsive to the needs of the organization, and key metrics that can be used to measure the effectiveness of your third party risk program. We will also discuss how to effectively communicate the importance of the program to stakeholders and how to demonstrate the value of the program through metrics.
